Spa Cancellation Policy

Full cancellation will apply 5 days prior to arrival for any Spa Treatment, Spa Day or Spa Break. Cancellation within 5 days will be charged in full. Applicable cancellation fees will be charged to the card details you supplied to us at the time of making your booking. This would be non-refundable and non-transferable in any case of cancellation. Please note that where a deposit has been paid, all deposits will be non-refundable.
